IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the general conditions for using MyTourPackage and making travel enquiries. Your individual quotation and booking confirmation may contain additional terms for the services you choose.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms describe the general basis on which you may use the MyTourPackage website and submit travel enquiries. MyTourPackage is operated by Stagventure. Specific bookings may be subject to a separate written quotation, booking confirmation and supplier terms. If there is a conflict, the terms expressly agreed for that booking will apply to the extent permitted by law.

2. Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but destination descriptions, photographs, itineraries and examples are for general guidance. Facilities, schedules, routes, weather, opening hours, hotel amenities and local conditions may change. Images may be illustrative and do not guarantee a particular room, view, vehicle or experience.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form or contacting us is a request for information, not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability. A quotation will specify, as applicable, the services proposed, price, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and validity period. Prices may change before confirmation because of supplier rates, availability, taxes, currency movements or other disclosed factors.

4. Booking confirmation and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received in accordance with the stated terms. Payment methods, due dates, taxes, fees and any balance due will be explained in the quotation or confirmation. Do not treat an informal discussion or an unaccepted quotation as a confirmed reservation.

5. Accommodation, transport and third-party suppliers

Travel arrangements may involve independent hotels, guest houses, airlines, transport operators, guides, activity providers and other suppliers. Their availability, operating rules and terms may apply in addition to ours. We will communicate the supplier and service details available to us. Supplier-specific restrictions, check-in rules, identification requirements, baggage limits and safety instructions remain important.

6. Changes requested by you

If you request a change to dates, travellers, accommodation, transport or itinerary, we will advise whether it is possible and whether additional costs or supplier penalties apply. Changes are effective only when confirmed in writing. Some changes may not be possible, particularly during peak periods or where supplier inventory is limited.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights, deadlines, charges and refund amounts depend on the written terms for the particular booking and the policies of the suppliers involved, subject to applicable law. Review these terms before paying. Where a refund is due, processing time may depend on the supplier and payment provider. Any non-refundable amounts or cancellation charges should be clearly stated in the booking terms.

8. Delays, weather and events beyond control

Travel in mountain, rural and pilgrimage areas can be affected by severe weather, road closures, landslides, government or safety restrictions, strikes, health events, transport disruption and other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will try to communicate options and assist with practical alternatives where possible. Refunds, rebooking and additional costs will be handled under the applicable booking and supplier terms and applicable law.

9. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, checking the details in your confirmation, arriving at the agreed time, carrying valid identification and travel documents, following local laws and safety instructions, and informing us in advance of relevant accessibility, dietary or other requirements. You should independently check any visa, permit, health, insurance or documentation requirements that apply to your journey.

10. Health, safety and travel insurance

You should assess whether the activities and itinerary are suitable for your needs and consider appropriate travel insurance, including cover for medical care, evacuation, cancellation and disruption. Unless expressly included in a written confirmation, insurance is not part of the services arranged by us. Follow instructions from qualified local authorities, guides and operators.

11. Website use and intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, photographs and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may browse the site for personal travel planning but must not copy, republish, misuse or commercially exploit content without permission. You must not interfere with website security, submit false enquiries or use the site unlawfully.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a particular service will depend on the services we agreed to provide, the written booking terms and the role of any independent supplier. We are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control or for a supplier’s independent acts or omissions except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that we need to use the information you provide to respond to you and, where requested, help plan the proposed journey.

14. Complaints and contact

If you have a concern about an enquiry or booking, contact us promptly using the Contact page and include the relevant enquiry or booking reference. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps.

15. Changes to these terms and applicable law

We may update website terms as our services change. The terms applicable to a confirmed booking will be those supplied or agreed for that booking, subject to applicable law. Before publishing, obtain legal review and specify the governing law, jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer protections applicable to your business.
