How do I start planning a trip?
Complete the Plan My Trip form with your destination, dates, group size and preferences. If your plans are flexible, tell us that too; we can help you explore suitable options.
Can you customise an itinerary?
Yes. We can shape a suggested itinerary around your interests, travel pace, trip length and budget. Final details depend on availability, feasibility and your approval.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our current focus includes Kashmir, Katra and Ladakh. Ask us about other destinations and we’ll confirm whether we can assist.
When should I travel?
The best time depends on the destination, weather, road conditions, activities and your preferences. We’ll discuss seasonal considerations when planning your trip; conditions can change and some routes or experiences may be unavailable.
Can you arrange hotels and transport?
We can discuss accommodation and transport options as part of a proposed itinerary. Specific properties, vehicle types, inclusions, availability and prices must be confirmed in the written quotation or booking confirmation.
Are prices fixed on the website?
Website content is for guidance unless a price is explicitly presented as a current offer with its terms. Rates and availability can change until arrangements are confirmed in writing.
When is my trip confirmed?
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received under the stated terms.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Changes and cancellations depend on the terms shared for your specific booking and the policies of the hotel, transport provider or other supplier. Please review those terms before paying and contact us as early as possible if plans change.
What if weather or road conditions disrupt travel?
Mountain and pilgrimage destinations can be affected by weather, road closures, operational restrictions and other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll communicate available options where possible, but supplier terms and applicable law determine refunds or alternatives.
